À 64 ans, Patrice Herlem est bien connu des habitants pour avoir été policier municipal à Englefontaine durant trente-quatre ans.Aujourd’hui à la retraite, il estime que c’était le «bon moment» pour se lancer dans les élections municipales. «J’ai quelque chose à apporter à la commune.
